This warranty applies to new Robinson&Robinson (including LeatherTrend™, SoftTrend™, and EasyTrend™) upholstered furniture and is extended only to the consumer who makes the original purchase. Additionally, this warranty applies under conditions of normal household uses and does not apply to defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accident or commercial usage. All implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the express warranties on this product. The warranties and remedies set forth in this limited warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, express or implied, in no event will Robinson & Robinson be liable to you for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the inability to use this product. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

FRAMES AND SPRINGS - LIFETIME
The hardwood/wood products frame construction and the eight way hand tied tempered coil spring unit support system of Robinson&Robinson products are warranted against breakage due to defective material or faulty workmanship during the lifetime of the original owner.

CUSHIONS - TWO (2) YEARS
Cushions are warranted for two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase against loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with a slight softening and flattening that will occur as a result of normal use and aging.

MECHANISMS - THREE (3) YEARS
Robinson&Robinson warrants to the original purchaser that its sleeper mechanisms are free from defects in workmanship and material and will give good service under normal, non-commercial use of a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

SLEEPER MATTRESSES - THREE (3) YEARS
Innerspring sleeper mattresses are warranted to be free from defects for three (3) years form the date of original retail purchase.

LEATHER - TWO (2) YEARS
Leather is a natural product and as such each hide will reflect it¹s own individuality. Some variations of shade and tone are to be expected as are the nicks, scratches and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather. Our leather is guaranteed to give satisfactory service for a period of two (2) years. This warranty does not cover damage, improper use or problems resulting, from unapproved cleaning methods. Do not expose to direct sun light - leather will fade.

SERVICE POLICY
Should service under this warranty be necessary, the purchaser must contact the authorized dealer of purchase. It will be determined by the dealer and/ or our company representative whether repair or exchange will be necessary.
